Un feliz fin de semana

 El fin de semana acaba de empezar y Barbie ya disfruta uno de sus momentos favoritos: el desayuno.

 

El placer de no madrugar, de no estar pendiente del reloj, sin prisas, con calma y poder desayunar en pijama. Ella saborea al máximo ese momento cotidiano. 

 En el desayuno del fin de semana Barbie se permite algún que otro capricho más rico que va desde bollería hasta pan.

 

 Barbie se siente a gusto en su casa y en invierno le apetece disfrutar de la soledad de su casa decidiendo qué hacer o no hacer.

 

 Sin planes establecidos Barbie termina de desayunar y decide disfrutar de la lectura.

 

Se toma un respiro y disfruta porque hacía mucho tiempo que ella no leía y veía una serie de televisión tranquilamente sentada en el sillón de su casa.

A happy weekend
The weekend is just beginning and she enjoys one of her favorite moments: breakfast.

Esta primavera –verano nos vestiremos de rosa cuarzo y azul serenidad. Pantone presentó en su informe anual los colores que serán tendencia este año. Por primera vez, Pantone apuesta por dos colores con la intención de encontrar el balance cromático que aporte calma y relax durante este año. Por ello, los colores Pantone del 2016 son el Pantone 13-1520, un rosa al que han bautizado como Rose Quartz, y el Pantone 15-3919, un azul que responde al nombre de Serenity.

A Barbie le gusta la combinación de estos dos tonos porque funcionan como un antídoto a las tensiones y al estrés que protagonizan nuestro día a día. Le gusta especialmente el rosa cuarzo porque le recuerda a los colores de las flores y a las mejillas rosadas.

En el salón de su casa Barbie entiende que estos dos tonos pretenden dar paz interior gracias a la tranquilidad y candidez que ambos transmiten. Barbie como buena seguidora de la moda romántica e hiperfemenina le gusta mucho el rosa cuarzo.

 El color entra en juego en estos meses del año y Barbie busca en su armario el tono rosa cuarzo que trasmita calma y sensaciones de ‘cálido abrazo’ y el azul que aporta bienestar como si se tratara de una brisa fresca en una noche cálida de verano.

Nuevo Año, nuevas oportunidades

Las Fiestas están llegando a su fin y con el comienzo del Nuevo Año Barbie ya se replantea sus objetivos para éste 2016. Cada año hace una lista de cosas que quiere mejorar en su vida.

Barbie recuerda que comienza cada mes de enero con muy buenas intenciones, pero a medida que pasan los meses pocas veces logra conseguir los objetivos marcados. Este 2016 reflexiona cuáles serán sus propósitos.

En la lista de objetivos vuelven a estar los clásicos: Hacer ejercicio, ahorrar dinero, comer más saludable, utilizar más el ascensor, mejorar el nivel de inglés, leer más, ser más positiva… 

 Todos los comienzos de año de Barbie comienzan con esta lista de buenos propósitos que quiere llevar a cabo, que acomete con la mejor de las intenciones y cargada de motivación pero cuando el año ha concluido y recupera la lista, es plenamente consciente de que muchos de estos objetivos no los ha realizado.

 La pereza y la falta de ganas y tiempo son los principales motivos para los que durante 12 meses no cumpla con los objetivos. Por eso en este 2016 Barbie se da el capricho de descubrir nuevas sensaciones y se pone desafíos que puede y cumple.

Decide empezar este mes de enero con una escapada sola que convertirá en un viaje interior. Sola, sin familia, sin amigos… decide salir con su coche y dejarse llevar. Parece que da un poco de vértigo pero esta escapada a solas le permitirá conocerse mejor y hacer lo que le apetezca.

Esta sensación de libertad le permite salir, entrar, dormir, comer cuando quiera y como quiera. Barbie se está dando cuenta que en ocasiones restar propósitos le ayudará a sumar éxitos.

New Year, new opportunities
